Preconstruction Planning

We start by visiting the site to analyze the existing site conditions and discuss the visions and goals of our clients. We also conduct a feasibility study to determine the limitations and potential of the property and set up a strategy for how to best move forward with your residential project.

Architectural 3D

Modelling

We work closely with our clients to design efficient spaces that best respond to their needs and visions for the project. We discuss the functionality of spaces and cost to give an accurate understanding of the final product. Once the design is finalized, we carry out our projects through permitting and handle all city-related work.

Construction
Management

We stay involved throughout the construction phase to ensure that the design intent is carried out through construction. We work closely with contractors and assist them by answering any questions they may have and providing them with further information if required.
